That alien abduction scene reminds me of the one from Feeders? Was that a bit of a nod to the "Cult"? Also dug the garage turn gas station interior set. It was amazing. Now I find myself wondering what I can turn my garage into for future flicks.
I must admit I shot that alien abduction scene (on my kitchen table, no less) at least 5 years ago, and only saw Feeders in the last year. But you know what they say: great minds think alike!
I'm planning to turn my garage into a spaceship interior one of these days...
True. I do know that awhile back that filmmaker Liza Trainer had a link where she had a shot som vid footage of her small kitchen that was made to look like the interior of a ship. It was essentially one wall and then hanging on the ceiling were wires and tubes. But from the way she shot it and with the lighting, you would've have sworn she had built a larger set.
